The field also commented about being a part of other previous ventures that they immediately knew was a mistake.  However, with Ampegy, they feel they have joined an organization that will continue to grow and provide unlimited opportunities.  They felt the Lift off Event was just the tip of the “Iceberg” and it will continue to get better.  That makes the Representatives get just as excited about what Ampegy has in store for the next big event.

 

There were so many smiles and hugs that went around this weekend that we wish we could bottle them up and sent them around the world to share.  People want to be excited about something and I think Ampegy has provided that!  They appreciate the professionalism and the enthusiasm from the Ampegy group.

 

It is one thing to speak with an Ampegy team member on the phone but to see them in person made a huge difference.  They want to hug the person that they called in with a concern and it was resolved by that Ampegy team member.

 

The Reps also enjoyed the listening to and meeting the leaders of the company.  To say they were able to sit in a room that included all of the Executives of a great company spoke volumes to them.  One person even commented that they were excited that Steve Smith actually stopped by to say hi to them while they were having breakfast.

 

Can you imagine what that meant to that person?  It made that person feel really connected and like they belonged.

 

Another individual commented on the diversity of the staff and the Representatives Ampegy has.  They especially loved the male vs. female ratio.  They felt it meant Ampegy truly is about the world.  It is noticeable details like that which go a long way to individuals.  It makes them feel they can talk to their neighbor or family member about Ampegy and they feel like everyone can fit in.  Anyone can “Come Along” if they want to.

 

The distance that some of our Representatives traveled to be a part of such a great event also amazed people.  When the Representatives were networking with each other, they were excited to know that no place was too far to travel from to be a part of this spectacular event.  They also spoke volumes with them.  They knew it is a company they wanted to be a part of.
